摘 要:为解决环境影响后评价过程中存在的模糊性和影响因素较多的问题,文章以辽宁省桓仁水电站为例,针对实际状况和环境影响后评价因子的不确定性、复杂性特征,分别从生态环境和水环境两个方面建立了水电站环境影响后评价指标体系,在详细分析了模糊物元理论的基础上构建了指标体系和环境影响后评价模型,并将其用于实际工程中评价环境影响等级状况。研究表明:该水电工程对附近的水环境和生态系统几乎没有不利影响,该评价模型和方法表现出较强的可行性与科学性。Liaoning Huanren Hydropower Station is adopted as an example to solve the problems of more fuzziness and influence factors in the process of environmental impact post-evaluation.Hydropower station environment impact post-evaluation indicator system is established from two aspects of ecological environment and water environment respectively aiming at actual situation as well as uncertainty and complexity features of environment impact post-evaluation factors.Indicator system and environment impact post-evaluation model are constructed on the basis of analyzing fuzzy matter-element theory in details.It is applied in actual projects for evaluating environment impact grade.Research shows that the water environment and ecosystem near the hydropower project have little adverse impact, and the evaluation model and method show relatively strong feasibility and scientific nature.
