摘 要:本文根据某型特种车辆供电系统单机产品在湿热试验后产生的锈蚀问题,以及用户提出的高温、高湿及海洋环境的使用需求,以供电机箱为例,对供电机箱产生锈蚀的原因进行了细致的分析,进行元器件选型、结构、材料选择、工艺改进设计。经过试验验证,设计方案显著地提升了供电机箱的环境适应性,满足用户要求。所采用的方案,可以作为供电系统环境适应性设计的工作思路和方法,为类似产品设计提供技术支持。This paper base on a rusting problem after the damp heat test of power supply system,which belong to a special vehicle.From the point of view of user,which need the power supply system have the ability to face high temperature and high humidity environment,and take the power supply crate as an example to analyze the rusting reason.Using the way include components selection,construction redesign,material choice and technology optimization to improve the product performance.The redesign is proved to improve the power supply crate performance on environmental suitability after a series test,that meet customer need well.The redesign can be an example of other power supply system,which can provide technical support on those similar products design.
