摘　　要：雄安新区是千年大计、国家大事,雄安新区的土地集约利用潜力评价研究对于新区的规划、发展,有一定的指导意义。本文从土地投入与产出、使用强度、结构布局、可持续利用度四个维度构建评雄安新区土地集约利用潜力评价指标体系,并通过可拓物元模型对雄安新区土地集约利用潜力进行评价。评价结果认为,雄安新区土地集约利用潜力属于中等水平,土地集约利用并没有达到最优状态,在当前社会经济条件下,尚有巨大潜力可以挖掘。据此,提出提高土地集约利用水平的相关建议。Xiong'an New area is a masterpiece of the Millennium,the national event.Evaluation of intensive use potential of Xiong'an New area is significant for city planning.In this paper,we construct the evaluation index system of intensive land use potential from four dimensions of land input and output,use intensity,structure layout and sustainable utilization,and use extension matter-element model for evaluating intensive land use potential of Xiong'an New Area.The evaluation results show that the potential of intensive land use is moderate,and the intensive use of land does not reach the optimal state.So under the current socio-economic conditions,there is still great potential to tap.Accordingly,countermeasure proposal was put forward on improving the level of intensive land use.
