摘　　要：科普文化产业的发展既是推动物质文明发展的重要手段,又是精神文明进步的重要目标。河北的自然环境、人文环境和政策环境是助推河北科普文化产业发展并形成竞争力的重要因素。河北有必要进一步强化保障科普文化产业发展的体系,包括生产体系、传播体系和影响体系。The development of science popularization cultural industry is the important means of promoting the development of material civilization and an important goal of the progress of spiritual civilization.Hebei's natural,humanistic and policy environment is an important promotive factor,which has a strong influence on the development and competitiveness of its science popularization cultural industry.It is necessary for Hebei province to further strengthen the ensuring systems to guarantee the development of culture-based science popularization industry,including producing system,promoting system and influencing system.
