摘  要:针对A企业制粉工序的存在的物流和效率问题,提出一种分析方法和优化改进的方案。该方法应用工业工程中的流程程序分析和人-机作业分析等手段,对粉体的加工、检查、搬运、等待和储存五种状态的工作量进行统计分析,进而研究改进作业流程和优化现场布局,以减少工作量和设备运行时间。实施的结果显示,与改进前相比,减少了27%的工作量、3名操作工、9%的设备运行时间,产生了较大的经济收益,对企业降低生产成本具有实用价值。Aiming at the logistics and efficiency problems of A company's powdering process,an analysis method and optimization and improvement scheme are proposed.The method applies the process program analysis and human-machine operation analysis in industrial engineering,makes statistical analysis of the workload of five states of processing,inspection,handling,waiting and storage of powder,and then studies the improvement of the operation process and optimization of the site layout to reduce workload and equipment uptime.The results of the implementation show that compared with before the improvement,27%of the workload,3 operators and 9%of the equipment running time are reduced,which has a large economic benefit and has practical value for the enterprise to reduce the production cost.
