非洛地平缓释片联合阿托伐他汀钙复方制剂治疗高血压患者的效果及对hs-CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨非洛地平缓释片联合阿托伐他汀钙复方制剂对高血压患者的效果及对hs-CRP(超敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月～2017年7月收治的高血压患者98例,采用随机分配的方法平均分为两组,每组各49例,对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片,研究组患者在对照组的基础上再给予阿托伐他汀钙复方制剂治疗,比较两组高血压患者治疗前后的血压、血脂以及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果治疗前:两组高血压患者血压、血脂以及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后:两组患者血压以及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组下降趋势更显著。治疗前两组患者血脂比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者总胆固醇及甘油三酯均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用非洛地平缓释片联合阿托伐他汀钙复方制剂治疗高血压患者,可以降低患者血压、血脂以及hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平。Objective To investigate the effect of felodipine extended-release tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium on hypertension patients and the level of hs-CRP (supersensitive C-reactive protein) factors. Methods 98 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group. The control group received felodipine sustained-release tablets. The patients in the study group were given atorvastatin calcium compound(Duo Da Yi) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The blood pressure,blood lipids and serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the blood pressure,blood lipids,serum hs-CRP, IL-6,TNF-α levels(P>0.05). After treatment,the blood pressure and serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),but the decrease trend of the study group was more obvious than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in blood lipids between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of felodipine extended-release tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertensive patients can reduce blood pressure,blood lipid,and hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels.
