九江市某社区妇女生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染现状及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解九江市某社区妇女生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状及探讨其影响因素。方法本研究选择2015年8月～2016年8月在某社区随机抽样1342位妇女作为研究对象,接受HPV检查,了解该社区HPV感染情况,统计分析年龄、受教育程度、孕产情况、性生活情况等对HPV检测成阳性的妇女的影响。结果该社区1342例研究对象中,有181例HPV感染患者,总感染率为13.49%。高危亚型有14种,共156例,感染率为11.62%。有5种低危亚型被检出,共25例,总感染率为1.86%。初次性生活年龄、性伴侣数、妊娠情况、避孕措施均是HPV阳性率的影响因素。结论应该增强社会对宫颈癌筛查的重视,有节制地进行性生活,采取恰当的避孕手段均能够降低HPV感染。Objective To investigate the status of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in women's reproductive tract in a community in Jiujiang and to explore its influencing factors. Methods In this study, from August 2015 to August 2016, 1342 women were randomly sampled in a community to conduct HPV tests to explore HPV infection status in the community. The effects of age, education, maternal status, and sexual life on women who tested positive for HPV were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1342 subjects in the community, 181 were infected with HPV, and the total infection rate was 13.49%. There were 14 high-risk subtypes in a total of 156 cases, and the infection rate was 11.62%. Five low-risk subtypes were detected in a total of 25 cases, with a total infection rate of 1.86%. The age of first sexual life, the number of sexual partners, pregnancy, and contraceptive measures were influencing factors with HPV positive incidence. Conclusion It is necessary to increase the society's emphasis on cervical cancer screening, to conduct sexual life in a controlled manner, and to adopt appropriate contraceptive methods to reduce HPV infection.
