摘　　要：我国工业建筑遗产众多,对其进行保护并赋予其新的内涵,对于探索工业遗产保护与再利用模式,实现工业遗产可持续发展,颇有意义。对工业遗产进行保护与再利用,是城市发展的下一个增长点。改建与现代都市社会发展不相协调的区域,对旧工业区、旧住宅区等进行综合整治、功能性改变,乃至完全拆除重建。其中,历史遗留的工业遗产是更新的重点。文章针对东北老工业基地的更新,对长春拖拉机制造厂工业遗产保护与利用发展模式进行分析与论证,尝试找出工业遗产发展的合理模式。It is significant for China to explore that protection and reuse mode of industrial estate and to realize the sustainable development of industrial heritage.The protection and reuse of industrial heritage is the next growth point of urban renewal for urban development.The reconstruction of areas incompatible with the development of modern urban society,along with the comprehensive renovation,functional alteration and even the complete reconstruction of old industrial areas and old residential areas should be carried out,among which the historical industrial heritage is the focus of renewal.Aiming at the renewal of the old industrial base in northeast China,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the industrial heritage protection and utilization development mode of Changchun tractor factory,and tries to find out the reasonable development mode of industrial heritage.
