摘　　要：目的:评价上肢手术进行肌间沟臂丛阻滞麻醉用甲哌卡因的效果。方法:2017年5月～2018年5月作为研究时段,100例本院在以上时段内收治的上肢手术患者展开研究,采用计算机随机分组法,将100例患者分为对照组、试验组,两组样本病例均为50例,对照组采用罗哌卡因进行肌间沟臂丛阻滞麻醉,试验组采用甲哌卡因进行肌间沟臂丛阻滞麻醉,分析麻醉指标、麻醉效果、不良反应发生率。结果:麻醉指标、不良反应发生率相比对照组,试验组较低(P<0.05);麻醉效果相比对照组,试验组较高(P<0.05)。结论:在上肢手术患者进行肌间沟臂丛阻滞麻醉时,应用甲哌卡因,既可改善麻醉指标、缩短麻醉时间,又可降低不良反应发生率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective: To evaluate the effect of mepivacaine for anesthesia of the intermaxillary brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery. Methods: From May 2017 to May 2018, as a study period, 100 patients with upper extremity surgery admitted to the hospital during the above period were enrolled. The computer randomized group method was used to divide 100 patients into control group and experimental group. All the samples were in 50 cases. The control group was treated with ropivacaine for intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block anesthesia. The experimental group was treated with mepivacaine for intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block anesthesia. Anaesthesia index, anesthetic effect, and poor The reaction is at an incidence. Results: The incidence of anesthesia and adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The anesthetic effect was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In patients with upper extremity surgery, the application of mepivacaine can improve the anesthesia index, shorten the anesthesia time, and reduce the probability of adverse reactions. The clinical application value is high and worth promoting.
