妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2016年8月～2017年8月在我院进行治疗的妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压患者55例作为观察组,同期选择55例正常孕妇作为对照组,进行血糖、血压控制等治疗,将两组分娩时间、各项临床指标以及孕妇、新生儿并发症出现率进行对比。结果:在分娩时间方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在血糖、血压、蛋白尿等临床指标方面,治疗后的观察组明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);在产妇并发症出现率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在新生儿并发症出现率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压对产妇以及新生儿的生命安全有极大的威胁,必须进行及时、有效的治疗,减少并发症,提高产妇妊娠安全性。Objective: To study the clinical treatment effects of pregnancy complicated with diabetes and gestational hypertension. Methods: A total of 55 patients with pregnancy-associated diabetes and gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group. In the same period, 55 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group to perform blood glucose and blood pressure on the patients. Control and other treatment measures will compare the delivery time of the two groups of pregnant women, the clinical indicators, and the incidence of complications of pregnant women and neonates. Results: In terms of delivery time, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);in the clinical indicators such as blood glucose, blood pressure, proteinuria, etc., the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05);The incidence of maternal complications was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). In the incidence of neonatal complications, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Pregnancy complicated with diabetes mellitus complicated by gestational hypertension has a great threat to the safety of the mothers and newborns. It is necessary to provide timely and effective treatment to reduce the incidence of complications and improve maternal pregnancy safety.
