鼠害控制减少粮食损失农民田间学校实践与评估分析:以息烽县为例

摘　　要：为进一步推进鼠害控制农民田间学校培训工作,对鼠害进行有效的控制,进而减少鼠害对粮食产量造成的损失,对2018年9-10月在贵州省息烽县开展联合国粮农组织贵州鼠害控制农民田间学校实践培训的效果进行分析。结果表明,学员平均年龄46.7岁,学员出勤率为100%;测试总体正确率训前和训后分别为65.33%和86.67%,训后比训前提高了21.34百分点;质量控制指标总体良好;学员满意度优良率达100%。在农民田间学校培训采取参与式、互动式和启发式的方式,培训氛围轻松愉快,农民较易接受,具有很大的推广前景。The practice and training effect of FAO farmer field school for rodent control was analyzed during September-October,2018 to further promote training of farmer field school for effectively controlling rodent and reduce food lost caused by rodent pest.Result:The average age and attendance rate of trainees are 46.7 and 100%respectively.The overall test accuracy of trainees before and after training is 65.33%and 86.67%separately and the test accuracy of trainees after training increases by 21.34%compared with before training.The quality control index is good overall.The excellent and good rate of trainees'satisfaction is up to 100%.The participatory,interactive and heuristic pattern,relaxed and happy training atmosphere of farmer field school are easily accepted by trainees,which indicates that the farmer field school is of the prodigious popularization prospect.
