摘 要:为了顺利完成杭钢厂52 m高不对称框架结构喷煤车间的爆破拆除,在确定倒塌方向之后,首先依据工程经验计算出理论切口高度12.5 m,采用ABAQUS显式动力模块,建立1:1实体有限元模型,分析待拆除车间在理论切口高度下的倒塌情况。然后提取东北侧一跨顶层的水平位移进行模拟计算,得出顶层水平位移为72.3 m,远大于北侧工业遗存建筑物与车间的距离40 m。为保护爆区北侧建筑物,根据数值分析结果,综合考虑车间结构特点和周围环境,采用双切口单向折叠爆破拆除方法,合理选取爆破参数,最终倒塌方向精准,未对周围建筑造成损害,可为同类爆破拆除工程提供参考。In order to successfully complete the blasting demolition of the pulverized coal workshop of Hangzhou Steel Plant with asymmetrical frame structure of 52 m height,the theoretical incision height of 12.5 m was calculated based on engineering experience after determining the direction of collapse,then the ABAQUS explicit power module was used and a1:1 solid finite element model was established to analyze the collapse of the to-be-demolition workshop at the theoretical notch height.Then the horizontal displacement of the top layer of the northeast side was extracted and calculated and the results show that the horizontal displacement of the top layer was 72.3 m,which was much larger than the distance of 40 m between the industrial heritage buildings on the north side and workshops.According to the results of numerical analysis,the structural characteristics of the workshop and the surrounding environment were considered,the double-cut one-way folding blasting demolition method was adopted and the blasting parameters were reasonably selected in order to protect the buildings on the north side of the explosion area.The final collapse direction was accurate and caused no damage to the surrounding buildings,which can provide a reference for similar blasting demolition projects.
