摘　　要：足球师资作为足球教学训练的传授者和执行者,对校园足球运动的开展具有决定性影响。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对上海市校园足球联盟中小学师资的培训与再培训现状进行研究,并在现有研究结果上提出相应建议,进而为加强中小学足球师资建设,促进校园足球工作服务。Football teachers,as initiators and performers of football teaching and training,are crucial to the development of football.By using methods of documents,interview,questionnaire survey and data statistics,this article discusses and analyzes training and retraining of teachers in elementary and middle schools of SSFL and giving advices to results of existing research,in order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and promote campus football.
