益气养阴活血中药改善2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能的研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病属中医"消渴病"的范畴,是以血糖升高为主要表现的代谢性疾病,目前已成为继心血管疾病之后又一严重危害人类健康的全球性疾病。益气养阴活血中药能够通过改善糖脂代谢、减轻氧化应激并调控microRNA表达等,进而改善糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能,为防治2型糖尿病开辟了新的思路。Diabetes belongs to consumptive thirst in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is a metabolic disease with high blood suger.Now it has become a global disease which seriously endangers human health after cardiovascular disease.Replenishing qi and nourishing yin for promoting blood circulation medicine can improve isletβcells function injury by improving glucolipid metabolism,reducing oxidative stress and regulating microRNA expression.New ideas have been developed for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
