摘  要:建筑业高能耗、高排放的生产方式对生态环境造成了巨大的负担,其低碳减排迫在眉睫。发展装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革,有利于减少资源和能源的消耗,满足建筑业低碳环保的要求。对装配式建筑物化阶段的碳足迹进行测算,能够为项目的碳排放控制提供指引,真正达到绿色低碳的目标。分析了装配式混凝土建筑的建造流程,界定了物化阶段碳足迹测算的系统边界,并对物化阶段的碳源进行了盘查,综合采用基于过程的清单分析法和排放系数法构建了物化阶段碳足迹测算模型,实现碳足迹测算的可操作性和可控性,为装配式建筑的低碳建设提供了理论依据和实践指导。The high energy consumption and high emission production mode of the construction industry causes a great burden to the ecological environment. Therefore,taking low carbon emission reduction measures for construction is imminent. The development of prefabricated building is an important change in the way of construction. It helps to reduce the consumption of energy resources and meet the requirement of low carbon in the construction industry. In addition, the calculation of the carbon footprint in materialization stage of the prefabricated construction can provide guidance for the project’ s carbon emission control, which helps to achieve the goal of green and low carbon construction. Firstly,the building process of the prefabricated concrete construction is analyzed, and the system boundaries of carbon footprint calculation are defined. Secondly, it traces the carbon source of materialization stage. Finally,the process based list analysis and emission factor method are applied comprehensively to build the materialization stage carbon footprint calculation model. It not only achieves the maneuverability of carbon footprint calculation,but also provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the low carbon construction of prefabricated construction.
