摘  要:目的分析在心肌缺血性冠心病患者诊断中应用平板运动试验与12导联动态心电图诊断的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月我院收治的50例心肌缺血性冠心病患者作为研究对象,本次所选50例心肌缺血性冠心病患者均通过冠脉造影确诊,所有患者都单纯进行平板运动试验与12导联动态心电图诊断,对比诊断的情况。结果联合12导联动态心电图与平板运动试验诊断47例是心肌缺血,诊断灵敏度为97.92%,12导联动态心电图与平板运动试验联合诊断的灵敏度比单纯使用其中一种方式高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合12导联动态心电图与平板运动试验的检出率比单用两种诊断方式高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在心肌缺血性冠心病患者诊断中联合应用平板运动试验与12导联动态心电图诊断的灵敏度比较高。Objective To analyze the effect of treadmill exercise test and 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease.Methods 50 patients with myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.The treadmill exercise test and the 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis were performed to compare the diagnosis.Results 47 patients with myocardial ischemia were diagnosed by 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test.The diagnostic sensitivity of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test was 97.92%.The sensitivity of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test was higher than that of only one of them,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of combined 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test was higher than that of single-lead dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity of combined treadmill exercise test and 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease is higher.
