自由体位助产联合间苯三酚对产程及分娩结局的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自由体位助产联合间苯三酚在产妇产程中的应用。方法 2015年1月—2016年1月选取本院收治的280例初产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组及对照组各140例,对照组采用传统的方式进行分娩,观察组在产程活跃期应用自由体位助产结合间苯三酚实施分娩,对比分析两组产妇产程及母婴相关并发症。结果观察组在三个产程及总产程时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组产妇产后出血率及剖宫产率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论初产妇在产程活跃期应用自由体位助产联合间苯三酚能有效缩短产妇总产程,改善母婴妊娠结局,有利于母婴预后。Objective To observe the effects of free position midwifery method with phloroglucinol during labor stage.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,280 primipara admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,140 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional way of delivery,while the observation group was given free position midwifery combined with phloroglucinol to carry out analysis during the active stage of labor.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of maternal and neonatal complications.Results The duration of three stages of labor and total stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Free position midwifery combined with phloroglucinol can effectively shorten the total stage of labor,improve the outcome of maternal and infant pregnancy,and is conducive to the prognosis of mothers and infants.
