摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核患者血栓前四项检测的结果变化及临床意义。方法对43例肺结核患者和40例同期健康体检者利用化学发光酶免疫法分别检测血浆凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物-纤溶酶原激活抑制复合物(t-PAIC)以及纤溶酶-抗纤溶酶复合物(PIC)的含量。结果肺结核患者TAT水平为(7.75±3.05)ng/mL,明显高于对照组的(2.36±0.85)ng/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);而TM、t-PAIC、PIC水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论肺结核患者血栓前四项尤其是TAT水平明显增高,在临床诊治过程中应对此加以重视。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the results of four items pre-thrombotic tests in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 43 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 40 healthy subjects were tested for content of plasma thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),thrombomodulin(TM),tissue plasminogen activatorplasminogen activator inhibitory complex and plasmin-antiplasmin complex(PIC)by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay.Results The level of TAT in tuberculosis patients was(7.75±3.05)ng/mL,which was significantly higher than(2.36±0.85)ng/mL in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TM,t-PAIC and PIC in tuberculosis patients were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The pre-thrombotic four items,especially the TAT level,are significantly increased in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which should be paid attention to during clinical diagnosis and treatment.
