摘 要:目的:探讨MR神经成像与DTI技术在臂丛神经损伤与修复中的临床应用价值。方法:54例臂丛神经损伤患者利用MR神经成像与DTI技术判定神经损伤与修复评估,分析治疗前后FA值、ADC值。结果:10例全臂丛神经损伤; 30例上臂丛神经损伤,其中节后神经根损伤16例,神经干损伤10例,神经束损伤4例; 14例下臂丛神经损伤。治疗前查受损神经FA值、ADC值分别为(0. 279±0. 037)、(2. 563±0. 312)与治疗后复查FA值、ADC值分别为(0. 381±0. 046)、(1. 621±0. 201),差异显著具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:MR神经成像结合DTI技术能够很好评估臂丛神经的损伤程度及修复情况,为临床选择治疗方案具有重要价值。Objective:To discuss the value of MR neuroimaging and DTI in the injury and repair of brachial plexus.Methods:A total of 54 cases were included in the study.All patients were brachial plexus injuries.The nerve injury and repair were achieved using MR neuroimaging and DTI techniques.The limb function after treatment was analyzed.FA value,ADC value.Results:Brachial plexus total roots were repaired in 10 cases,supraclavicularbrachial plexus were repaired in 30 cases,infraclavicula brachial plexus were repaired in 24 cases.The FA and ADC values of the damaged nerves were(0.279±0.037)and(2.563±0.312),and the values of FA and ADC after the treatment were(0.381±0.046)and(1.621±0.201),respectively.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The damage and repair of brachial plexus have good value to choose clinical treatment by using MR neuroimaging and DTI technology.
