护理安全管理模式在预防消毒供应中心医院感染中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理安全管理模式在预防消毒供应中心医院感染中的应用价值。方法:2016年6月至2017年6月本院消毒供应中心实施常规护理,2017年7月至2018年6月本院消毒供应中心实施护理安全管理模式。比较护理安全管理模式干预前后护理质量、物品质量及医院感染发生情况。结果:干预后的服务意识、护理质量、风险防范意识、安全识别能力评分较干预前高,物品准备时间、取物时间、物品补充时间较干预前短,且干预后感染率较干预前低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心实施护理安全管理模式可获得较佳的临床应用效果,不仅有助于提升护理质量及物品质量,且可有效减少感染发生。Objective:To explore the application value of nursing safety management model in preventing nosocomial infection in disinfection and supply center.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2017,the disinfection and supply center of our hospital carried out routine nursing,from July 2017 to June 2018,the disinfection and supply center of our hospital carried out nursing safety management mode.To compare the nursing quality,the quality of articles and the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after the intervention of nursing safety management model.Results:The scores of service consciousness,nursing quality,risk prevention consciousness and safety identification ability after intervention were higher than those before intervention.The preparation time,collection time and replenishment time were shorter than those before intervention.The infection rate after intervention was lower than that before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing safety management model in disinfection and supply center can achieve better clinical effect,not only help to improve the quality of nursing and goods,but also effectively reduce the incidence of infection.
