人性化护理对包皮环切术患儿术前恐惧及术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理对包皮环切术患儿术前恐惧及术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2017年12月在我院行包皮环切术治疗的40例患儿为对照组,选取2018年1月-2018年6月在我院行包皮环切术治疗的40例患儿为观察组;对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取人性化护理,对比两组术前恐惧及术后疼痛程度。结果:术前1h,观察组恐惧程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);拆线后1、2周,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);拆线后3、4周,观察组疼痛评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:包皮环切术患儿实施人性化护理能够减轻术前恐惧,有助于手术的顺利实施,同时能够缓解术后疼痛,促进患儿康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on preoperative fear and postoperative pain in children with circumcision.Methods:Forty patients with circumcision treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group.40 patients who underwent circumcision in our hospital from January 20 to June 2018 were selected.The children were observed in the observation group;the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group took humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The preoperative fear and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results:1 hour before operation,the fear level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 and 2 weeks after the suture removal.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).<0.05);After 3 and 4 weeks after suture removal,the pain score of the observation group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing in children with circumcision can reduce preoperative fear,facilitate the smooth implementation of surgery,and relieve postoperative pain and promote rehabilitation of children.
