摘　　要：辩证思维方式是对客观辩证法的反映,在认识事物和解决问题上有重要的作用。专家型辅导员是高校辅导员职业能力最高标准的体现,辩证思维方式对于成长为专家型辅导员有着不可或缺的作用,帮助辅导员站在更高视角分析和解决问题、应用更高技术解决问题。建设专家型辅导员队伍需要培养辅导员辩证思维方式,进而提高辅导员队伍整体思维水平。Dialectical thinking is a reflection of objective dialectics;it plays an important role in perceiving things and solving problems.Dialectical thinking can help a college advisor to grow and reach the highest standard of professional ability,i.e.becoming an expert-like advisor,allowing him or her to analyze and slove problems from better perspectives and with better techniques.Cultivation of dialectical thinking is a must for the building of a team of expert-like advisors and for the promotion of advisors’overall thinking level.
