小鼠沙蚕毒素类杀虫剂中毒不同洗胃方法的生存分析

摘　　要：目的:筛选可以减少沙蚕毒素杀虫剂吸收、提高其临床抢救成功率的洗胃剂种类。方法:采用动物实验,分为生理盐水组、碳酸氢钠液组、食用菜籽油组3组,每组小鼠30只,分别用生理盐水、碳酸氢钠液、食用菜籽油与沙蚕毒素杀虫剂混合后对实验小鼠胃管注入,观察对比三组小鼠对不同混合液胃管注入后的死亡时间差异,进行生存时间分析,即可找出最好的灌胃方法。结果:三组小鼠均观察到中毒表现:神志方面出现躁动、震颤、肌肉抽搐,继而活动减少,呼吸方面出现呼吸急促、发绀,经方差分析发现,不同洗胃方法小鼠生存时间有差异统计学(F=260.833,P<0.001)。三组不同洗胃混合液的生存时间两两比较分析发现,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),碳酸氢钠组生存时间最短,为(10.20±4.358)h,食用菜籽油组生存时间最长,为(36.87±5.794)h,生理盐水组的生存时间介入以上两组之间,为(24.37±2.977)h。经过Kaplan-Meier法分析,绘制三组的生存函数图,食用菜籽油组生存函数图位于图表最顶端。结论:口服沙蚕毒素类杀虫剂中毒时,使用食用菜籽油洗胃,有可能提高此类中毒患者的抢救成功率,生存率最高。Objective:To screen the types of gastric lavage that could reduce the absorption of psammophila toxin insecticides and improve the success rate of clinical rescue.Method:Animal experiments were conducted and divided into three groups:normal saline group,sodium bicarbonate group and rapeseed oil group.Thirty mice in each group were injected into the gastric tube of the experimental mice with saline,sodium bicarbonate solution,rapeseed oil and sand silkworm toxin insecticide,respectively.The difference of the time of death of the three groups of mice after the injection of different mixed liquid gastric tube was observed and compared,and the survival time was analyzed.Result:Poisoning manifestations were observed in all three groups of mice:agitation,tremor,muscle twitching,subsequent decrease in activity,shortness of breath and cyanosis in breathing.The survival time of mice with different gastric lavage methods was statistically different(F=260.833,P<0.001).The survival time of three groups of different gastric lavage mixture was analyzed by two or two comparisons,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The survival time of sodium bicarbonate group was the shortest(10.20±4.358)h,while that of rapeseed oil group was the longest(36.87±5.794)h.The survival time of saline group was(24.37±2.977)h between the above two groups.Through Kaplan-Meier analysis,three groups of survival function diagrams were drawn.The survival function diagrams of edible rapeseed oil group were located at the top of the diagrams.Conclusion:Gastric lavage with rapeseed oil may improve the rescue success rate and the survival rate of patients with psammophila toxin poisoning.
