摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度是党和人民经过不断探索而创造的,是马克思主义和中国具体实际相结合的结晶。坚定制度自信,无论对党和人民,还是对社会的稳定发展都具有重要意义。当代中国制度自信不仅源于对三大规律的遵循,对伟大成就的肯定,也源于制度的不断发展与创新。为了进一步发挥制度优势,破除体制机制发展的障碍,实现国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,必须扩大制度认同,坚定制度自信,增强制度的执行力,必须让制度与时俱进,不断完善和发展。Socialism with Chinese characteristics is created by CPC and people through arduous exploration,and it is the combination of Marxism and realistic situation of China.Insisting the self-confidence on institution has great significance to stable development of society for party and people.Institutional self-confidence in contemporary China stems from abiding by the three laws,from the great achievement we made and from the innovation of the system.In order to further playing the advantages of the system,breaking down the barriers,and realizing the modernization of the national governing system and ability,we must expand the system identification,strengthen the self-confidence of the institution,and enhance the executive ability,keeping the system pace with the times,and constantly improving and developing.
