摘 要:介绍了生产中铸件存在的球化剂加入量大、球化率不稳定以及缩孔、缩松倾向严重等问题,经过大量分析,采取了以下措施:(1)针对不同的铸件,对球墨铸铁原铁液采取不同的脱O预处理工艺;(2)采用w(Mg)5.5%~6.0%的球化剂以及合理的覆盖方式;(3)降低铁液出炉温度,使球化反应开始的时间尽量发生在"后半包铁液"的时间内。生产结果显示:在球化剂加入量降低至0.82%~1%的情况下,也可以使铸件的球化级别符合国家标准,且大大降低铸件的缩孔、缩松倾向。The problems of large amount of spheroidizing agent added in castings,unstable spheroidization rate and serious shrinkage and porosity tendency were introduced. After extensive analysis,the following measures had been taken:(1)For different castings,the spheroidal graphite iron was treated with different deoxidize pretreatment processes.(2)Spheroidizing agent 5.5%~6.0% w(Mg) and reasonable coverage were used.(3)Lower the molten iron tapping temperature and made sphe-roidizing reaction in the second half of the iron time. The production results showed that when the amount of spheroidizing agent was reduced to 0.82%~1%,the spheroidizing grade of the casting could also conform to the national standard,and the shrinkage and porosity tendency of the casting could be greatly reduced.
