摘 要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁制动盘铸件的结构及技术要求,从蠕化剂的选用、加入量以及蠕化处理工艺要点入手,探讨了稳定获得合格蠕化率的方法,得出以下结论:(1)铁液中稳定的低S含量是稳定控制蠕化率的核心,选择优质的低S炉料至关重要;(2)要获得适合的蠕化率,须严格控制好铁液的化学成分、稳定的铁液处理温度,根据铁液中w(S)量,微调蠕化剂加入量,将蠕化率稳定控制在设定的范围内;(3)使用直读光谱仪与C-S分析仪相结合的方法精确地测定铁液w(S)量以及采用残Mg成分测定法与快速金相法相结合的方法测定炉前蠕化率,为精确控制蠕化率提供了保证。The casting structure and technical requirements of the vermicular graphite iron brake dwasc were introduced.Starting with the selection of vermicular agent,the adding amount of vermicularizing agent and the main points of vermicularizing treatment process,the method of stably obtaining the qualified vermicularity was dwascussed,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The stable low S content in molten iron was the core of stably controlling vermicularity.(2)In order to obtain a suitable vermicularity,the chemical composition of molten iron must be strictly controlled,and the treatment temperature of molten iron should be stable,according to the content of w(S)in molten iron finely adjusting the adding amount of vermicularizing agent to control the vermicularity stably within the set range.(3)Combining accurate determination of w(S)content in molten iron and combining direct reading spectrometer with C-S analyzer to determinate the vermicularity provides a guarantee for accurate control of vermicularity.
