摘 要:介绍了自主设计的一套用于复杂细长砂芯性能表征的芯盒模具,开展了复杂细长砂芯的成形性、溃散性及其表征方法的试验研究,结果表明:(1)随着射砂压力的升高,细长砂芯的完整成形性越好,砂芯的充填密度和抗弯强度增大;(2)随着粘结剂加入量的增加,砂芯完整成形性变化不大,充填密度先增大后减小,抗弯强度逐步增大;(3)随着砂芯受热温度升高,砂芯的残留强度逐渐降低,落砂量增大,砂芯易于溃散;(4)随着树脂粘结剂加入量增加,砂芯的残留强度增大,落砂量减少。A set of core box designed by ourselves to characterize the performance of complex slender sand core was introduced,the formability,collapsibility and characterization of complex slender sand cores investigation was carried out. The result showed:(1)With the increase of sand shooting pressure,the integral formability of the slender sand core became better,the filling density and bending strength of sand core increased.(2)With the increase of binder content,the integrity formability of sand core did not change much,the filing density first increased and then decreased,and the bending strength increased gradually.(3)With the increase of heating temperature of the sand core,the residual strength of the core decreased gradually,the amount of sand dropping increased,and the core collapsed easily.(4)With the increase of resin binder adding amount,the residual strength of sand core increased and the sand dropping reduced.
