摘 要:针对大导程螺母难磨削的技术缺陷,提出了一种内螺纹冷挤压的成形加工方法,设计了一种专用的挤压丝锥结构,分析了影响冷挤压加工质量的几个因素。以M10-1. 5内螺纹挤压成形过程为例,利用有限元仿真软件DEFORM,分析了冷挤压过程中的应力、应变及其扭矩等的变化规律,对比理论计算与仿真分析结果,验证了模拟仿真方法确定挤压过程中最大扭矩的正确性。Aiming at the technical defect of hard grinding of large lead nut,a cold extrusion forming method for inner thread was put forward,a special extrusion tap structure was designed,and several factors affecting the quality of cold extrusion processing were analyzed.Taking the extrusion process of M10-1.5 internal thread as an example,the variation of stress,strain and torque during cold extrusion was analyzed by using finite element simulation software DEFORM.The results of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis were compared to verify the correctness of simulation method in determining the maximum torque during extrusion.
