摘 要:针对碎砖骨料孔隙率高和吸水率大的特点,对碎砖骨料采用纯水泥浆裹浆法、预湿裹浆法和水玻璃浸泡裹浆法进行改性处理,并在普通混凝土配制方法的基础上,结合大流态的概念,选择改性效果最佳的碎砖骨料配制大流态混凝土,并测定其立方体抗压强度。试验结果表明:改性处理使碎砖骨料的表观密度均有增加,压碎指标均有降低;水玻璃浸泡裹浆法的改性效果最为显著,将碎砖骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度提高了10%。According to the characteristics of high porosity and high water absorption of the broken brick aggregate,the broken brick aggregate is modified by pure water slurry,pre wet slurry and water glass soaking,and on the basis of the method of ordinary concrete and the concept of large flow,the best broken brick aggregate is selected,whichis made of large fluidity concrete and the cube compressive strength is measured.The experimental results show that the apparent density of the broken brick aggregate is increased,the crushing index is reduced,the modification effect of the water glass soaking method is the most significant,and the cube compressive strength of the broken brick aggregate concrete is increased by 10%.
