高校寝室空间:大学生公共精神型塑新域——基于群体动力学视角

摘　　要：大学生公共精神是"准公共人"公民特质的高级思想意识形态。大学生需要提升其公共理性、公共关怀、公共参与能力。寝室是大学生在校公共空间的典型场域,大学生公共精神型塑困厄受个人意识膨胀、外部环境及自媒体行业发展、传统与外来文化的矛盾影响。群体动力学注重整体环境各因素的互促关系形成,寝室空间内的领导核心力量确立、沟通机制形成、群体目标笃定、群体规范坚守和空间环境质量提升有效促成空间领导力、寝室活力、群体目标、群体规范、空间认同感生成,助力于大学生公共精神型塑。The public spirit of college students is the advanced ideology of the"future public citizen",which needs to improve in terms of public rationality,public care and public participation.The dormitory is the typical field of college students'public space.College students'public spirit training is influenced by personal consciousness expansion,external environment and the development of self-media industry,the contradiction between traditional and foreign culture.Group dynamics focuses on the formation of mutual promotional relations of all factors in the whole environment.Within dormitory space,the establishment of leadership and communication mechanism,support of target group,abidance of group norms,and the space environment quality can effectively promote the space leadership,the vitality of the dormitory,the group goal,the group standard,the sense of belonging,thus helpful for college students to build public spirit.
