摘 要:为提高火电机组的热经济性,降低冷端损失,利用FLUENT数值模拟软件,对某600MW机组凝汽器进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果发现凝汽器入口水室内出现胶球集聚打旋现象。对于传统胶球清洗系统存在的问题,提出对凝汽器胶球清洗的方式进行优化,利用可移动的投球装置,在凝汽器入口水室内靠近端孔板平面处精确投球,将胶球直接打入冷却水管,避免了因入口水室结构因素影响凝汽器冷却管清洗效果。结果表明,凝汽器清洗得更加均匀、彻底,改造后的凝汽器清洗装置能满足清洗冷却管的要求。In order to improve the thermal economy of thermal power unit and reduce the loss of the cold side of the unit, the numerical simulation of a 600MW unit condenser is performed by FLUENT. The phenomenon of accumulation and rotation of the rubber ball in the inlet chamber of the condenser is observed according to the simulation results. For the problems existing in the traditional rubber ball cleaning system, this paper optimizes the way of cleaning the rubber ball of the condenser, and introduces the movable throwing device to throw balls into the cooling water pipe directly at a surface near the plate in the water chamber of the condenser, which avoids the decrease of the cleaning effects because of the irrational structure of the inlet chamber. The results show that the pipes of the condenser is cleaned much more thoroughly, and the modified condenser cleaning device can meet the requirements of cleaning the cooling pipe.
