摘  要:为促进一年生草本花卉的生产,于15、25和35℃下设置百日草、波斯菊、万寿菊萌发栽培试验,研究温度对上述一年生草本花卉萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:3种一年生草本花卉种子萌发对温度响应存在显著差异,百日草在35℃下发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和株高最高,在25℃下干物质积累最大;波斯菊和万寿菊在25℃下发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、株高和干物质积累最高。表明百日草在35℃左右最适宜其种子萌发,在25℃下最适宜其幼苗生长,波斯菊和万寿菊在25℃下最适宜种子萌发和幼苗生长。In order to promote the production of annual herbaceous flowers,in this study,the germination cultivation experiments of Zinnia elegans,Cosmos bipinnatus and Tagetes erecta were carried out at 15,25 and 35℃ to study the effects of temperature on the germination and seedling growth of the above-mentioned annual herbaceous flowers.The results showed that there were significant differences in temperature response between the three annual herbaceous flower germinations:the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and plant height of Z.elegans at 35℃were the highest,and the dry matter accumulation was the highest at 25℃;C.bipinnatus and T.erecta had the highest germination rate,germination potential,germination index,plant height and dry matter accumulation at 25℃.It indicated that Z.elegans was most suitable for seed germination at 35℃.It was most suitable for seedling growth at 25℃.C.bipinnatus and T.erecta were most suitable for seed germination and seedling growth at 25℃.
