摘  要:南阳市旅游资源资源丰富,作为南水北调中线工程水源保护地,发展旅游已成为必然之势。在对南阳市旅游发展进行SWOT定性分析的基础上,借助AHP定量分析方法,测算出战略P点位于第一象限,南阳旅游发展应该选择进取型战略。测算结果还表明机遇特征强度大于优势特征强度,说明南阳旅游的发展战略制定,关键是要抓住南水北调工程带来的机遇。战略实施要点是:设置旅游特区、构建大旅游生态系统、培植旅游龙头产品体系和具有竞争力的经营接待体系。Nanyang City is rich in tourism resources.As a water source protection site for the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the development of tourism has become an inevitable trend.Based on the SWOT qualitative analysis of tourism development in Nanyang City and with the help of the AHP quantitative,analysis method,it was measured that the strategic P point was located in the first quadrant,and the aggressive strategy should be chosen for the tourism development of Nanyang city.The calculation results also showed that the opportunity was greater than the advantage,indicating that the key to the development strategy of Nanyang tourism was to seize the opportunities brought by South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Furthermore,the key points for the implementation of the strategy were as follows:setting up tourist zones,building a comprehensive tourism ecosystem,fostering a leading tourism product system and a competitive system of management and reception.
