摘  要:聚甲醛(POM)在成型大尺寸制件时易产生凹陷、翘曲、空洞等缺陷,适当降低结晶速率并保持高结晶度和细化晶粒是解决途径,热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)可使POM结晶速率下降。研究了PUR-T种类、用量以及在基体中分散对POM结晶行为的影响。结果表明,PUR-T存在下,POM初始结晶温度和峰值结晶温度几乎不受影响,尤其在PUR-T用量不高于10%时;POM结晶焓明显下降,表明结晶被抑制,且PUR-T的熔点越高,对POM结晶的干扰能力越强。聚酯型PUR-T的结晶抑制能力强于聚醚型。PUR-T含量为5%~10%时,在基体中分散性的适度提高反而不利于其对POM结晶的抑制作用,却使结晶多层次性稍增加。PUR-T被囊裹在POM微纤之间或被排除在微纤之外,使POM晶粒细化,但对球晶光性、成核与生长方式以及POM结晶结构无影响。Polyoxymethylene(POM)is prone to produce defects such as depression,warping and voids in the process of forming large size parts.The solution is to reduce the crystallization rate properly,maintain high crystallinity and refine the grains.PUR-T can decrease the crystallization rate of POM.The effects of PUR-T type,content and dispersion in matrix on the crystallization behavior of POM were studied.The results show that the initial crystallization temperature and peak crystallization temperature of POM are almost unaffected in the presence of PUR-T,especially when the amount of PUR-T is less than 10%.The crystallization enthalpy of POM decrease obviously,which indicate that the crystallization is inhibited,and the higher the melting point of PUR-T,the stronger the interfering ability to the crystallization of POM.The crystallization inhibition ability of polyester type PUR-T is stronger than that of polyether type.When 5%-10%PUR-T is used,the moderate increase of its dispersion in matrix is not conducive to its inhibiting effect on POM crystallization,but slightly increase the multi-layers of crystallization.PUR-T is encapsulated between POM microfibrils or excluded from the microfibrils,which refines the POM grains,but has no effect on the spheroidal light properties,nucleation and growth patterns,and the crystalline structure of POM.
