摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备含有不同组分的nano-ATO/线型低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)内层和外层母粒,利用双层共挤吹塑制备PE-LD/nano-ATO双层农用棚膜,并对PE-LD/nano-ATO棚膜进行了紫外老化处理;通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究了不同含量nano-ATO在复合棚膜内外层母粒中的相容性,探讨了nano-ATO的用量对复合棚膜流滴性、拉伸性能和透光性的影响。结果表明,抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、油酸酰胺、流滴剂和用硅烷偶联剂处理过的nano-ATO等物质可以与PE-LD相容;nano-ATO的加入可以提高棚膜内层的流滴性和棚膜的拉伸强度,但会降低棚膜对光的透过率;nano-ATO对紫外光有反射或折射作用,可以降低棚膜的老化程度,因此,紫外老化后的棚膜,拉伸强度和透光率的下降都会有所减缓。综合判断,nano-ATO添加量为2%~3%时,复合棚膜的抗老化性及其它综合性能较佳。Antimony doped tin oxide(nano-ATO)/linear low density polyethylene(PE-LD)dual-layer agricultural shed film was prepared by double-layer co-extrusion blow molding,and the nano-ATO/PE-LD shed film was UV aged.The compatibility of nano-ATO with different contents in the master batch of inner and outer layers of composite canopy film was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the influence of nano-ATO dosage on the droplet property,tensile property and light transmittance of composite canopy film was discussed.The results show that PE-LD is compatible with antioxidant,UV absorber,oleic acid amide,droplet and nano-ATO treated with silane coupling agent.The addition of nano-ATO can improve the droplet property of the inner layer of the canopy and the tensile strength of the canopy,but it can reduce the light transmittance of the canopy.Nano-ATO has a reflection or refraction effect on ultraviolet light,which can reduce the aging degree of the canopy film.Therefore,the decline of tensile strength and light transmittance of the canopy film after ultraviolet aging will be slowed down.According to the comprehensive judgment,when the addition amount of nano-ATO is 2%-3%,the composite shed film has better aging resistance and other comprehensive properties.
