摘 要:以正硅酸四乙酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米SiO2颗粒,再采用原位还原法以硝酸银为银源,成功制备出纳米Ag-SiO2颗粒(100nm左右),采用差示扫描量热仪表征证明银粒子以单晶银的形式被成功负载到SiO2颗粒上,具有良好的结晶度。通过将纳米Ag-SiO2颗粒添加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,利用熔融塑化工艺制备出抗菌型PVC管材,研究表明纳米Ag-SiO2颗粒的添加能够有效提高PVC管材的抗菌性能和力学性能,当Ag-SiO2颗粒的添加量为2%时,PVC复合管材对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别达到94.2%和91.5%,同时复合管材的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和弯曲弹性模量达到最大值,分别为19.8MPa,190%,72.3MPa,6.7kJ/m2和12.8GPa。The silicon dioxide nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw materials.Then,the nanosilvers were successfully loaded on the silica particles by in-situ reduction method using silver nitrate as silver source.Differential scanning calorimetry characterization prove that silver particles with good crystallinity are successfully loaded onto SiO2 particles in the form of single crystal.The Ag-SiO2 particles(about 100 nm)were embedded into the polyvinyl chloride to prepare antibacterial polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pipes by melt plasticizing process.The results show that the addition of nano Ag-SiO2 particles could effectively improve the antimicrobial properties and mechanical properties of PVC pipes.When the addition content of Ag-SiO2 particles is 2%,the antimicrobial rates of PVC pipes against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus are 94.2%and 91.5%respectively.At the same time,the tensile strength,elongation at break,bending strength,notch impact strength and flexural modulus of elasticity of the composite pipes reach the maximum values of 19.8 MPa,190%,72.3 MPa,6.7 kJ/m^2 and 12.8 GPa respectively.
