摘  要:在聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)合成过程中添加经二碳酸二叔丁酯改性的天冬氨酸作为改性单体,成功制备出了一系列聚(丁二酸一天冬氨酸一丁二醇)的无规共聚酯。通过核磁共振CH-NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、广角X射线衍射、热稳定性能以及接触角测试,对合成的共聚醋的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:PBS共聚酯的化学结构与理论结构吻合较好;共聚酯的熔点和热稳定性均随改性天冬氨酸单体的增加有所降低,但仍满足材料加工和应用的性能要求;各样品的晶体结构与纯PBS基本相同,均为单斜晶系;PBS共聚酯样品的亲水性能较纯PBS有明显提高。Aseries of random copolyesters of poly (succinic acid-aspartate-butanediol) were successfully prepared by adding modified aspartic acid as modified monomer in the process of poly (butylene succinate)(PBS) reaction. 1H-NMR, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wide-angle X-ray diffraction, thermal stability test and contact angle test were conducted to characterize the structure and properties of synthesized copolyesters. The results show that the chemical structure of PBS copolysters is well adapted with theory,and the melting point and thermal stability of the copolyesters are all decreased with the increase of modified aspartic acid monomer. The crystal structure of each sample is basically the same as that of pure PBS. The hydrophilicity of PBS copolysters samples is significantly higher than that of pure PBS.
