摘 要:为了减少纸尿裤导流层液体穿透时间,提高其吸液率和持液率,扩大液体4广散长度,采用热风穿透黏合方法制备了中间层横向截面为波浪形的3层复合导流层,讨论了不同纤维规格对多层复合导流层的液体穿透时间、吸液率、持液率和液体纵向扩散长度的影响,并找到较佳参数。结果表明:3层复合导流层的上、中和下层的纤维线密度依次为6.67、1.67和3.33dtex时,导流层的液体穿透时间最短;3层复合导流层的上、中和下层的奸维线密度依次为3.33、6.67和1.67dtex时,导流层的吸液率和持液率最大;3层复合导流层的上、中和下层的纤维线密度分别为6.67、3.33和1.67dtex时,导流层的液体纵向扩散长度最长;3层复合导流层的液体穿透时间、吸液率、持液率和液体纵向扩散长度均优于2层复合导流层。In order to reduce liquid strike-through time as well as increase liquid absorption rate, liquid holding rate and liquid longitudinal diffusion length of diaper's acquisition distribution layer (ADL ) three-layer ADL with wavy structure at the middle transverse section was produced by through-air bonding. It was discussed that different fiber specifications had different effect on liquid strike-through time, liquid absorption rate, liquid holding rate and liquid longitudinal diffusion length of three-layer ADL,and the better parameters were got. The results show that when fiber linear density from top,middle and bottom layers are 6 , 67, 1, 67 and 3.33 dtex respectively, the liquid strike-through time of ADL is the shortest. When fiber linear density from top, middle and bottom layers are 3 . 33 , 6.67 and 1, 6 7 dtex, the liquid absorption rate and liquid holding rate are the highest. When fiber linear density from top, middle and bottom layers are 6, 67, 3,33 and 1,67 dtex, the liquid longitudinal diffusion length of ADL is the longest. The liquid strike-through time, liquid absorption rate, liquid holding rate and the liquid longitudinal diffusion length of three-layer ADL are better than those of two-layer ADL.
