摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙婦睃共聚物为壁材,正十八烷和香茅油为芯材,季戍四醇四丙婦酸酯为交联剂,成功制备出了含有香茅油的相变/抗菌复合微胶嚢。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)等方法对以不同乳化剂种类及不同芯材比例制备的微胶嚢的表面形貌、化学结构及热性能进行了分析和表征。试验结果表明:以阿拉伯树胶为乳化剂所制备的微胶嚢表面形貌最好;香茅油的加入有利于微胶嚢的包覆;当正十八烷与香茅油的质量比为3 : 1时,微胶嚢的热焓值为84. 19 J/g,并且具有良好的热稳定性;当微胶嚢中香茅油的含量为18.75%时,微胶嚢的抑菌率可达到62.79%。Phase change/antibacterial composite microcapsules containing citronella oil were successfully prepared with methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer as wall material , n-octadecane and citronella oil as core material and pentaerythritol tetraacrylate (PETRA) as crosslinking agent. The surface morphologies, chemical structure and thermal properties of microcapsules prepared by different kinds of emulsifier and different component of core material were investigated by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The experimental results show that the surface morphology of microcapsules is the best when the emulsifier is gum arabic and the addition of citronella oil is beneficial to encapsulation of microcapsules. When the mass ratio of n-octadecane to citronella oil is 3 :1, the thermal enthalpy is 84. 19 J/g and it has good thermal stability. The antibacterial rate of microcapsules can reach 62.79% when the content of citronella oil is 18.75%.
