摘 要:文章介绍了液压固定针挤压的机械结构、液压固定针挤压工艺及液压固定针的液压原理,提出了一种在实际应用中更易实现的采用PID闭环反馈控制的液压定针控制方式;根据测量的穿孔针偏移量,应用PID算法对定针偏差和挤压速度进行拟合,通过将拟合结果转化为高频响应阀的控制信号以实现对穿孔缸进液量的精确调整,进而控制穿孔针的位置在误差范围内。The mechanic structure,hydraulic fixed-mandrel process and hydraulic principle of the hydraulic fixed-mandrel extrusion process were introduced in this paper.A PID closed loop feedback control method is adopted to control hydraulic fixed-mandrel.According to measuring the offset of the mandrel,the fixed needle deviation and the extrusion speed were fitted based on PID algorithm.the fitting result was translated into control signal of the high-frequency response valve to realize precise adjustment infusion volume of perforated hydraulic cylinder,which the mandrel position is kept within the error range.
