摘  要:针对西南铝冷轧厂某涂层机组燃气消耗量大,能源浪费严重的问题,提出降低能耗的措施,优化焚烧炉供热系统,利用燃烧废气的高温烟气提高换热效率,通过2台抽废气风机实现固化炉及焚烧炉的单独控制,拆除兑冷风系统,降低焚烧炉负荷,充分利用余热,减低能耗。优化后机组燃气消耗量明显降低,天然气节约达到70%。Due to the problem of large gas consumption and serious energy waste of a coating line in Southwest Aluminum Cold Rolling Mill,the measures of reducing energy consumption are put forward,the heating system of incinerator is optimized,the high temperature flue gas from burning waste gas is used to improve heat transfer efficiency,the curing oven and incinerator are controlled separately by two exhaust fan,the cooling air system is dismantled to reduce the incinerator load,the waste heat is fully utilized to reduce the energy consumption.After optimization,the gas consumption of the line is obviously reduced,and the natural gas saving is up to 70%.
