摘　　要：文章介绍了气密箱的齿轮传动由气冷到水冷气封的发展。针对水冷气封齿轮传动气密箱存在高温卡阻与氮气消耗大的问题,中钢西重开发了强制水冷气密箱,该气密箱通过改进工艺提高加工精度和合理调整回转轴承间隙,改进了原有的气封系统,实现了氮气的独立检测和操控,有效解决了气密箱卡阻和氮气消耗量大的问题。生产实践证明,该强制水冷气密箱运行平稳、布料精准、安全可靠。This paper introduces the development of gear drive from air-cooled to water-cooled seal.For the problems of the high temperature jam and the large nitrogen consumption in water cooling air sealing gear drive box,Sinosteel xi’an machinery Co.,Ltd.improved processing precision and reasonable adjustment of rotating bearing gap,the original air-sealing system was improved to realize the independent detection and operation of nitrogen gas,and problems of airtight box effectively were solved.The production practice proves that the water cooling air sealing gear drive box runs smoothly,safely,and reliably,the fabric is accurate.
