摘 要:本文介绍了湛江钢厂350 t转炉本体冷却系统的设计方案。该冷却系统的冷却风管采用旋转风箱盘的型式,利用托圈和耳轴连接处的空间形成独立的通道,既能满足所需风量,又避免对耳轴强度造成影响;采用独立大轴套穿孔,优化了耳轴的受力,延长设备使用寿命。该系统冷却效果良好,炉壳温度一直控制在材料蠕变温度以下,设备变形率小。为大型转炉本体设备的冷却系统设计提供参考与借鉴。This article mainly introduce the design scheme of converter main part cooling system in Zhanjiang steel factory.The cooling wind tube of this cooling system adopted bellows rotating joint.With the independent passage between converter loop and trunnion pin,this cooling wind tube can have enough wind while keeping the trunnion strength.This system adopted independent shaft sleeve drill hole,which can optimize the stress of trunnion,extend equipment lifecycle.Besides,with an excellent cooling performance,the converter vessel temperature can stay below material creeping temperature.Equipment can have a relatively low deformation rate.This can provide a reference for the cooling system design of large converter main part equipment.
