摘  要:某炼钢电弧炉采用全固态料废钢、生铁作为原材料,为通过工艺优化降低电弧炉的熔炼成本,采取的主要措施是将配料中的生铁占比由40%~45%降至22%~24%。优化电弧炉熔炼过程的供氧曲线,降低供氧强度和调整熔炼末期供氧制度,缓解了钢水过氧化现象,同时钢铁料收得率由87%提高至89%。各项工艺优化后,生产效率和消耗指标均得到不同程度的改善。Scrap steel and pig iron were used as raw material in EAF at the first steelmaking plant of FuSteel. Production cost reduction of EAF was by optimizing process in this paper. The main measure of burden cost reduction was reducing pig iron ratio,which was from 40%~45% decreased to 22%~24%. The grave oxidation phenomenon of steel during melting process of EAF was relieved by optimizing oxygen supply curve,reducing oxygen supply intensity and adjusting oxygen supply system near the end of smelting. The yield rate of charge was increased from 87% to 89%. Production efficiency and consumption index were improved at different degree after optimizing various process.
