摘 要:探讨影响集聚纺成纱质量与能耗的工艺参数优化方案。选择负压吸风压力、摇架压力和网格圈目数三个主要因素,通过单因素试验与正交试验分析三因素对纱线条干、断裂强力、毛羽等主要质量指标以及相应耗电的影响,从而确定最佳工艺配置。结果表明:当负压吸风压力2 600 Pa、双锭摇架压力180 N、网格圈2 000目/cm^2时,纱线质量明显提高,节电效果明显。认为:针对集聚纺的工艺参数优化可以在有效提高成纱质量指标的基础上达到节能的效果。The optimization scheme of processing parameters that affecting the condensed spun yarn quality and energy consumption was discussed.Negative pressure of induced draft,pressure of cradle and mesh number of lattice apron were chosen as three main factors.The optimized processing configuration was confirmed by analyzing the influences of three factors on the main quality indexes like yarn evenness,breaking strength,hairiness and so on together with the corresponding energy consumption with single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The test results showed that the yarn quality was obviously improved and the energy saving effect was obvious when the negative pressure of induced draft was 2 600 Pa,the pressure of cradle was 180 N per double spindles and the mesh number of lattice apron was 2 000 mesh/cm 2.It is considered that energy saving effect can be achieved based on the improvement of yarn quality indexes aimed at the optimization of condensed spinning processing parameters.
