摘　　要：探讨棉与罗布麻混纺纱线的生产工艺与质量控制要点。介绍了棉罗布麻混纺纱线的生产现状及存在问题,结合企业生产实际,分析了原料选择、工艺优化、生产管理及质量控制各环节,总结了提升棉罗布麻混纺纱线质量的关键因素。认为:棉罗布麻混纺纱产品的开发需结合产品定位,针对罗布麻纤维的性能特点,重点从罗布麻纤维纺前预处理、混和方法优选、混纺比例控制、生产工艺优化以及温湿度管理等方面进行质量控制,为企业有效控制生产及提高产品质量提供参考。The production technology and quality control key points of cotton apocynum venetum blended yarn were discussed.The production status and existing problems for cotton apocynum venetum blended yarn were introduced.Combining the practical production for enterprises,each process like raw material selection,processing optimization,production management and quality control were analyzed.The key elements to improve the product quality of cotton apocynum venetum blended yarn were summarized.It is considered that the development of cotton apocynum venetum blended yarn needs to combine the product positioning.Aimed at the properties of apocynum venetum fiber,the quality is mainly controlled from the aspects of apocynum venetum fiber pre-treatment,blending method selection,blending ratio control,production processing optimization and temperature & humidity management and so on.
