摘　　要：在色纺纱技术基础上,通过对段彩纱线纺纱技术的研究,从纱线结构方面进行创新,设计出一种具有复合结构的段彩纱。在各工序采用一系列技术措施,并对细纱设备进行了多项技术改造,最终成功开发出R/T 70/30 18.5 tex新型复合结构段彩纱。认为:这种新型复合结构段彩纱结构复杂,风格独特,色彩变化丰富,具有独特的面料特征。On the basis of colored spun yarn technology,through research on spinning technology of segment color yarn,yarn structure was innovated and a kind of segment color yarn with compound structure was designed.A series of technology measures were adopted in each process and a number of technology modification were made on spinning equipment.Finally,R/T 70/30 18.5 tex new segment color yarn with compound structure was successfully developed.It is considered that this new type segment color yarn with compound structure has complex structure,unique style,rich color change and unique fabric characteristics.
