快速换模在织机改换品种中的应用

摘　　要：总结快速换模在织机改换品种中的应用效果。介绍了快速换模的内容和实施步骤;针对企业织机改换品种耗时问题,采用快速换模方法,逐步缩短时间,确定了优化的新流程。与原流程对比表明,采用新流程时,喷气织机改换品种台均停车时间减少了约1 h。认为:快速换模在织机改换品种中发挥了较好的作用,提高了喷气织机的产能,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。Application effect of single minutes exchange of die in loom product changing was summarized.Contents and implementation steps of single minutes exchange of die were introduced.Aiming at time consumption problem of enterprise loom product changing,method of single minutes exchange of die was adopted to shorten time step by step.Optimized new process was determined.Compared with original process,the results showed that out-of-service time was reduced about 1 h when the new process was adopted.It is considered that single minutes exchange of die plays a better role in loom product changing.Production capacity of air-jet loom is improved,better economic benefits for the enterprise are created.
