摘　　要：主要介绍高性能减水剂的主要性能,及其使用混凝土常规优质材料与生产设备,配制出优质的C60～C80高性能混凝土(HPC)约14万多m^3,在建筑高度530 m的广州东塔应用。特别是C80高强混凝土等级高、混凝土收缩大、水化热大、混凝土容易开裂等问题,我们通过选择优质外加剂与较佳配合比、提高混凝土掺合料用量等手段,解决了以上问题,并成功应用到广州特大型项目中,取得高强度、高工作性、高耐久性与低水化热、低收缩等显著的技术效果、经济效益与社会效益。This article mainly introduces the main performance about high performance water reducing agent,adopting normal material of concrete productive facilities,can confect the high quality of C60~C80 HPC about 140 thousand stere,to put in use in Guangzhou East Tower which building height of 530 meters.Especially some questions about C80 high strength concrete which is high level,large shrinkage,high hydration heat,easy cracking,we have solved the above mentioned problems by selecting the high-quality admixtures and better blending ratio,increase the dosage of concrete admixture.And successfully applied to Guangzhou mega projects,achieved the remarkable benefits in respect of technology,economy and society with high strength,high workability,high durability and low hydration heat,low shrinkage.
