摘 要:采用胶体沉积法制备不同载体(Ni2O_3、Co_3O_4、TiO_2、Al_2O_3)的Pt-Fe/MeOx催化剂用于甲醛室温催化氧化。活性测试表明,以γ-Al_2O_3为载体的Pt-Fe/Al_2O_3催化剂具有较高的催化活性,在25℃时甲醛的转化率可达到100%,而且Pt-Fe/Al_2O_3催化剂还表现出良好的稳定性。采用各种表征技术对Pt-Fe/Al_2O_3的形貌、价态及氧化还原性等物理化学性质进行了研究,结果表明:Pt-Fe/Al_2O_3催化剂中Pt物种和Fe物种在Al_2O_3载体的表面上均匀分散;二者之间存在着较强的相互作用,在Al_2O_3载体的表面上形成一些类似Pt-O-Fe活性物种,有效促进了Pt-Fe/Al_2O_3催化性能,从而显示出较高的氧化活性。Various supported platinum-iron catalysts Pt-Fe/MeOx (MeOx=Ni2O3, Co3O4, TiO2, Al2O3) were prepared by colloid-deposition method, and their catalytic properties were investigated through oxidation of formaldehyde at ambient temperature. Activity result shows that the γ-Al2O3 supported Pt-Fe catalyst exhibits the highest activity and long-term stability, which had achieved complete oxidation of HCHO at 25℃. Characterizations were performed to investigate the physicochemical properties of the Pt-Fe/Al2O3 catalyst including its morphology, chemical states and redox ability. The results indicated that the adopted preparation process could lead to an uniform distribution of the Pt species and the Fe species on the surface of the γ-Al2O3 support. And the enhanced catalytic activity of the Pt-Fe/Al2O3 catalyst might be mainly attributed to the presence of the strong interactions between the Pt and the Fe species, which resulted in the formation of the Pt-O-Fe active sites.
